摘要
晋侯墓地发掘清理的西周早期114号晋侯墓中出土了一件方鼎(M114∶217),上面有铭文8行48字。铭文讲述的是某年十四月,王在成周举行盛大祭典,礼毕,王会见与会臣下贵族,王对叔矢进行赏赐,叔矢为纪念铸造了这件铜鼎。铜鼎铭文中的王应是成王,叔矢则可能是晋国的始封君唐叔虞。这件方鼎是迄今所知惟一一件晋国第一代封君自作的铜器,具有重要的研究价值。
Excavation of the tomb of Marquis of Jin in late 2000 and early 2001 yielded a square tripod (M114 : 217) . The tripod bears an inscription of forty-eight characters. The inscription relates that in the fourteenth month of some year, the king offered a grand ceremony, and at the end of event met with his ministers and noblemen and conferred gifts upon Shu Shi. Shu Shi cast this tripod in memory of the hap-pening. The king referred in the inscription, according to the author, must be King of Cheng, while Shu Shi, the first marquis enfeoffed to Jin, given the presence of the tripod in a tomb as early as the early Zhou.
