On Foreign Consulates in Heilongjiang Province in Modern Time

文章主要依据外文史料考述了２０世纪初至抗战胜利期间英国、日本、美国、德国、法国、俄苏等十六国驻黑龙江的领事机构，并对各国主要外交官的生平事迹作了简要叙述，弥补了以往研究的不足。

This article makes studies on consulates of Britain, Japan, America, Germany, France, Russia and Soviet Union in Heilongjiang province from early days of 20th century to triumph of the war against Japan according to foreign sources, and specified the chief diplomats lives and stories in brief.
