论《三国志》对孟子民本思想的发展

On the Evolution of Civilian Basis Thought of Mencius by Record of Three Empires

重民轻君 ,以民为本 ,是孟子学说中最光辉的思想。陈寿著《三国志》对孟子民本思想又有所发展 ,主要表现在四个方面 :一是以安民为大道 ;二是诚心爱民 ,定创嘉绩 ;三是用司法权和行政权保护民众 ;四是君民密切配合。

Among Mencius's doctrines, the thought of civilian basis was the most valuable one and was developed in Record of Three Empires written by Chen Shou who promoted reassuring the public as the basic principle, cherishing the common people and pursuing political achievement, protecting the people by judicial and executive administration and the corporation of the military with populace.
