摘要
许多先秦学者(史称先秦诸子)在研究管理问题时,认识到了存在于管理者与民众之间的利益问题具有三个内在的规定性。他们认为,管理者只有正确认识了利益问题的内在规定性,才能处理好管理者与民众之间的利益关系,才能使自己所追求的管理事业获得成功。
When many scholars during Pre-Qin Days reseached the problems of management,they realized there were three internal stipulations in the problem of benefits between a manager and the public. They believed that if only the manager find out the internal relationship of benefits, he could deal with the benefits between the manager and the public and get what he desired for in managerment.
