摘要
利用x射线衍射,对以富si合金为粘结剂的烧结型聚晶金刚石进行物相分析,发现了一个新的中间过渡相,并对其晶体结构进行了分析确定。
It is carried out that phase analysis of polycrystallime diamond composites, with is produce by mixing diamond particies with a rich silicon alloy sintering aid,using X-ray diffraction. A new intermediate transiting phase is discovered, and its cry stal sreueture is dterrnimed in this paper.
