Reference or Plagiarism──Comments on Chen lixu's Article "An Inquiry into Lenin's Theory of 'Socialism in One Country First' and Its Significance

陈立旭的《对列宁一国建成社会主义思想及其意义的探讨》一文，主要内容抄自李心华的《列宁“一国建成”思想新论》文稿。陈立旭认为自己的行为是借鉴。到底是借鉴，还是抄袭？经过详细比较证明，陈立旭的《探讨》是一篇道地的抄袭之作。抄袭就是抄袭，抄袭和借鉴是有区别的。

Chen Lixu's article 'An Inquiry into Lenin's Theory of 'Socialism in One Country First' and its Sig- nificance',for the most part,is copied from Li Xinhua's manuscript 'A New View of V. I. Lenin's Theory of 'Socialism in One Country First'. Chen labelled his action as reference. But is it on earth reference or plagiarism? A thorough comparison between the two articles will reveal that Chen's article is a plagiarized work from top to toe. And at the same time it illustrates that plagiarism is plagiarism and there is marked difference between reference and plagiarism.
