论以色列农业的可持续发展态势

ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ISRAELI AGRICULTURE

以色列农业是在困难的生产环境中发展起来的现代化农业 ,它具有外向型结构 ,以灌溉和生物技术为中心的先进技术 ,产—供—销—服务一体化的产业结构。以色列农业的成功经验 ,特别是其中的可持续发展因素 ,对世界农业 ,特别是对土地资源、水资源条件均不理想的干旱、半干旱地区具有很强的现实意义和启示作用。本文重点论述了上述内容及以色列农业的可持续发展特征 ,并指出了以色列农业在可持续发展中应当注意的问题。

Israeli modern agriculture is one in hard production conditions. It characterized as its outward looking agriculture structure,its advanced technology reflected by irrigation and biology technology,and its industrialized management system integrated with production,marketing,sale and service. The experience of Israeli agriculture,especially its sustainable development factors,is realistically significant and revelations for world agriculture in arid and semiarid areas where the land resources and water resources are limited,and also for the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture. The article discusses with emphasis the above mentioned and the feature of Israeli agriculture. The problems which should be paid attention to on the way of sustainable development of Israeli agriculture are also pointed out in the article.
