The Transmutation of Chinese National Defense Strategy in the Early Years of the PRC-The Korean War and Southeast Coastal Defense Strategy

建国初期 ,随着朝鲜战争的发展 ,我国国防战略在不断变化。

Early after the founding of the People's Republic of China,following the breakout of the Korean War,China's national defense strategy underwent constant changes.This paper focuses on the transformation from an offensive strategy which took liberating Taiwan as its ultimate goal to the implementation of a defensive strategy along China's southeast coastal region during this period.It explains the emergence of a strategy of active self defense against this background.
