摘要
本文首次研究了β_2—微球蛋白和巯基乙酸在Brdicka溶液中产生灵敏“活性钴”催化电流的条件,并在此基础上分别测定了二者的最低检测限和线性范围。实验表明:利用该催化电流进行伏安免疫检测(VIA),其灵敏度将不亚于传统的放射免疫检测(RIA),同时,该法还具有简单、快速、可均相测定的优点。
The experiment conditions of producing the sensitive catalytic current for the β_2-microglotin and the thiuglycolic acid in the Brdicka solation have been investigated in detail for the first time.and the detection limits fot the two substancs are determined respectively. The experiments proved that the voltammetric immunoassay (VTA) using this catalyfic current for detection is more sensitive than the trad litional Radio-immunoassary (RTA) is;meanwhilk ,this method has also the peculiarities of simple and fast.
