摘要
本文研究了硫代苯甲酰苯胺(TBA)——乙酸丁酯体系萃取火焰原子吸收光谱法测定矿石中微量银的分析方法,结果表明:在2mol/L硝酸介质中以0.01mol/L TBA—乙酸丁酯能定量萃取0~6μg/ml银、用有机相直接喷雾测定,标准曲线相关系数为0.9998。本法的准确度和精确度均能满足矿石中微量银测定的要求。
The traces of silver were extracted with TBA into butyl (?)cetate and determined by atomic absorption sepctrometry with airacetylene flame. Within the range o(?) 0-6(ng/ml) the concentration of silver versus absorbance exhibits a linear relationship,correlation ()ficient of standard curve being 0. 9998. In the determination of 10μg of silver, no significant in et ference was caused by 50 mg Pb^(2-). Ca^(2-), Fe^(3-); 25mg Ba^(2+) , Cd^(2+) , Zn^(2+), Mn^(2+) , Al^(3+) ,Cu^(2+) , Co^(2-) ,Ni^(2-), Cr^(3+) , Na^+ ; 10mg Mg^(2+), K^+. The results of this method were as follows; the coefficient of va(?)ia(?)ion was 2. 3-5. 5% ,the relative error eas -3.8--8.2%.
