摘要
应用转移矩阵方法,研究了相邻铁磁层间具有反平行磁化的铁磁——非磁金属超晶体中的自旋波,得到了自旋波所满足的色散方程,分析了铁磁和非磁层厚度及铁磁界面层间的反铁磁耦合强度对自旋波谱的影响。
The transfer—matrix method is employed to investigate the spin waves in a metallic superlattice with a antiferromagnetic coupling between ferromagnetic layers and their magnetization is antiparallel. The dispersion equation of the spin waves is obtained. The effects of ferromagnetic、antiferromagnetic layers thickness and the antiferromgnetic coupling strength on the spin waves are also discussed.
