摘要
本文研究了PTC陶瓷的复阻抗特性。对于复阻抗图的双圆弧现象,认为是材料结构的不均匀性所致,用改进的等效电路模型进行了分析。
In this paper, the complex impedance property of PTC ceramics has been investigated. When grain resistances have big differences duo to grain size and the capacity of the high resistance is taken into consideration, the complex impedance plots show two separated semicircles.
