摘要
为了提高印制板制造可行性,加快印制板产品设计数据工艺化过程,确保新产品一次投产成功,针对PCB-DFM(Design For Manufacture)设计要求,论述了印制板制造工艺规则功能设计、PRC建模设计及其系统逻辑构成,为整个PCB-CAM系统的设计奠定了核心技术基础,制造工艺规则包括了几十种类型的规则,PRC建模设计引入模型概念,提出建模方法,包括模型的范围和语句,系统不但能够基于工艺规则做出可制造性分析,而且能依据某种规则,自动优化工艺设计。
The analysis on manufacture ability of design, based on PRC (process rule check), is the key technique to improve the manufacture ability of PCB and to make the design data technical, which ensures the success of new products in the first investment. This paper discusses PRC function design, modeling design and system logic forms aimed to the design requirement of PCB\|DFM (Design for Manufacture). PRC function design issue more than several ten kinds of rules. Modeling design use the concept of Model, establish the methods of modeling. It includes the range and language of the Modeling. The system can also optimize the design based on the rules. Several methods for optimizing the design are listed.
