摘要
本文从实验上研究了PTC陶瓷的复阻抗特性.分析了施主、AST相、烧结温度、保温时间对材料复阻抗特性的影响.
In this paper,the complex impedance property of PTC ceramics has been investigated experimentally. The effect of donor、AST phase、sinter temperature and sinter time on complex impedance property have been analyzed.
