With the constant elevelopment of society,it has become a common tendeny in education in the world to cultivalte expert teachers.The article discusses the questions of the basic feature and the fibre structure of expert teachers and something so on,therefore drawing conclusions that to cultivate expert teachers,we must consider the requirements of teachers,and make teachers work more possitively by using motivation principle.
