摘要
全球性生产过剩和价格危机使发达国家纷纷构筑“绿色贸易壁垒” ,为抵制这一贸易保护主义的新策略 ,包括中国在内的发展中国家必须大力发展绿色产业。
Most developed countries have made green trade barrier because of the global overproduction and price crisis.In order to resist the new policy of trade protection,developing countries including China must devote major efforts to developing green industry.
