一种新型非线性光学材料——HNDR

摘要 本文报导了一类新的非线性有机光学晶体4—羟基—(?)硝基—4′—x—二苯酮(HNDR).研究了它们的合成方法,测试了它们的理化性质,用X衍射测定了它们晶体结构,用粉末倍频材料相对效应测定仪测得4—羟基—3—硝基—4′—溴代二苯酮的倍频强度为KDP的30倍以上. In this paper,we reported a new organic nonlinear optical crystal 4-hydro-xy-3-nitro-4'-subsditutea-diphenyl-ketone. we also stadied the synthetic method and measured their properties.Crystal structure was determined by x-ray powder diffraction. The NLO effects were determined by measuring the SHG efficiency of the powder. It was found that NLO of 4-hyoroxy-3-Nitro-4'-bromo-piphenyl ketone was 30 times as much as that of KDP.
