摘要
二氢青蒿素(Ⅱ)与POCl_3/N(C_2H_5)_3反应,生成脱水二氢青蒿素(Ⅳ),推测在反应过程中,先生成α型二氯代磷酸青蒿素酯(Ⅲ),后在室温下发生热消除反应(E_i).反应过程中少量酸催化剂的存在,有利于提高脱水二氢青蒿素(Ⅳ)的产率.
Anhydrodihydroartemisinin(Ⅳ)was prepared from dihydroartemisinin (Ⅱ). The reaction occured probably by the elimination (Ei)of the a-dichloro-phosphatic-artemisinin ester( Ⅲ ),which derived from the dihydroartemsinin and POC1_3.
