摘要
本文提出一种丝织机的开口机构——行星轮式开口机构.文中通过机构运动分析及四连杆开口机构、卵圆齿轮开口机构对比分析,认为该机构具有近似停顿时间长运动性能良好,能很好地满足综框运动要求的优点,而且,机构不复杂,另件精度容易保证.通过分析,文中还揭示了该机构主要参数R/H与运动性能之间的关系.在此基础上,对多臂机的传动机构提出了具体改进办法.
This paper offers a type of shedding mechanism driven by an inferior planetary gear train.Compared with a shedding mechanism driven by a four-bar linkage and a shedding mechanismdriven by a pair of elliptical gears,this shedding mechanism has a relative long dwell period at twolimit positions and satisfactory motion performance. These properties are very suitable to sheddingmotion. Meanwhile, this shedding mechanism is not'complicated. Each part is easy to make.This paper reveals the relation ship between the main parameter R/H of the mechanism and themotion performance. Based upon the principle described in the paper,a method of improving ordi-nary Dobby driving mechanism is finally provided.
