试论高校成绩管理的功能与途径

成绩管理具有测评学习质量、评价教学效果、反馈教学信息、制衡管理机制等多重功效。但此项工作长期被人视作成绩记载，致使其深层的作用未能得以发挥。笔者认为：成绩管理工作在促进教风、学风、考风建设，题库建设及整个课程体系建设等几方面起着重要作用，应从各个环节采取有效方法使成绩管理发挥最大效能。

School Report Management may have such functions as testing the learning quality, evaluating teaching effect, feeding back teaching information, and balancing management system, but it has been regarding as a record of the students' marks for such a long time that the deeper functions of it are not fully brought into play, The author believes that S. RM. plays an' important role in promoting the building up of teaching .studying .testing atmosphere as well as in the constructing .testing atmosphere as well as in the constructing of the collection of Examination questions and the whole course offered Sytem. So effective methods should be taken to make the fullest use of S.R.M.
