摘要
采用了 387个引物对普通鲫鱼进行了 RAPD( random am plified polym orphic DNA)分析 ,筛选出了 31个重复性好、可用于普通鲫鱼 RAPD标记的引物 .另用 8个引物对普通鲫鱼 ( 2 0尾 )进行了遗传多样性分析 :这 8个引物共检出 45个位点 ,其中多态性位点数 2 4个 ,占总位点数的 5 3.33% ;据个体间共有带数和 Nei′s遗传相似率计算公式 ,计算出普通鲫鱼平均遗传相似率为 88.6 8% .上述两项指标的初步分析表明 。
We described the use of the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique On Carassis auratus L. to develop genetic markers for species identification and analyze genetic diversity using Nei and Li similarity coefficient. Of 387 primers tested by PCR, 31 primers showed extremely reproductive and can be used as molecular markers in genetic studies. The genetic diversity of population (20 individuals) was studied with 8 primers. Of total 45 RAPD sites, 24 were polymorphic and the average genetic similarity was 88.68%. These two indexes indicate the genetic diversity of the population was relatively abundant.
