摘要
本文模拟织物在生产流程中的条件,采用电桥法对二种典型的织物(涤纶和电力纺)的回潮率进行了单层定量测量,结果表明,系统的灵敏度及测试精度均可满足实际要求,若进一步完善,即可用于织物回潮率的在线监控.
Simulating the productive conditions of the fabric in work flow,this paper is about the
measure of moisture of two kinds of typical fabric (polyester fiber and habutae), single
width and fixed quantity, using balancedbridge method. The result shows that the
sensitivity and accuracy of this system can satisfy the need of practical production. If
improved further,this system can be used to monitor the moisture of the fabric in work
flow.
