离体条件下使用多效唑对愈伤组织的诱导、生长、分化 ,试管苗的生长等植物组织培养的很多方面产生影响 ,这些效应对解决当前组培工作中存在的一些问题有一定的参考价值 。

The purpose of this paper is to review the effects of paclobutrazol on plant tissue culture, including callus induction, growth and differentiation, the growth of plantlet et al. This paper also discusses the application of paclobutrazol to solve the problems in plant tissue culture.
