明清时期 ,中西文化碰撞 ,既有“西学东渐” ,又有“东学西传”。考察“东学西传”的过程可以明白西方人是怎样吸取当时中国官吏制度中的精华 。

During Ming and Qing Dynasty,there are all kinds of collisions between China and western culture,Such as “western culture being spread to China”,and “China culture to west”.This paper is about how the westerners absorbed the quintessence from the Chinese governmental system at that time. It is advantageous for them to set up mordern governmental system.
