素质教育:模式选择的障碍

Barriers of Choosing Models of Quality Education

现代社会对人的素质要求越来越高 ,而素质教育的模式选择却存在种种障碍 ,包括认识性障碍、制度性障碍和条件性障碍。这三大障碍相互交织 ,成为素质教育实施的主矛盾。因制度具有综合功能 ,制度性障碍就成为矛盾的主要方面。以解决制度性障碍为突破口 ,可以带动其他问题的解决 。

The quality of human being has been demanded more and more by the modern society.There are various kinds of barriers in choosing models of quality education,including the barriers of understanding,system and condition.That the three barriers are interwoven together become the main contradiction of carrying out the quality education.The barrier of system is the principal aspect of the contradiction because system itself has a comprehensive function.So we should firstly eliminate the barrier of system,and then solve the others.That is the tactics of choosing models of quality education.
