The Present Situation,Trend and Enlightenment of the Management in Japan's Middle and Primary Schools

日本中小学校经营管理是以学生为对象、全校职员共同参与、依法管理经营学校事业的一种现代学校管理模式 ,具有以校长为核心、全员分担校务 ;以法律为基础 ,进行规范有序的共同经营的特点。近年来 ,特别抓住了以课程改革为中心的改革 ,引入了地域社会参与学校教育与经营的做法 ,促进了学校开放性办学的实现。

The management mode of the middle and primary schools in Japan is a modern management of school. In this mode the students are the main body,the whole staff act together to manage and operate the school according to the law. There are the features that headmaster being the key figure,the whobe staff sharing the school affaire and the law being the basisn to operate the school standardly and orderly. Japan's successful experience in operating and reforming middle and primary schools has certain enlightenment to the management practice of China's middle and primary schools.
