学校心理健康教育的实施是一个系统工程 ,既需要有心理辅导这一专门渠道 ,也需要在学校一切教育教学活动中渗透。因此 ,应当采取“全员参与”的工作路线 ,对教师进行全员培训 ,通过管理激励 ,发动教师投入教育科研 ,促使教师参与心理健康教育的实践。这既有助于营造一个积极的、充满关爱的健康的教育环境 ,以利于学生健康成长 ,也有助于提高整个教师队伍的现代意识和素质 。

School psychological health education is a systematic project,which should be carried out in a special course and put into practice in all the teaching activities.Therefore,an“all-participation'working method ought to be taken,including teachers'training,encouraging teachers'education research and practice.Thus an active,affectionate and healthy education environment is created,which is helpful to both the students'health grown-up and the teachers'modem education awareness.
