摘要
应用单克隆抗体分离主要的淋巴细胞亚群NK、CD_+~4、CD_8^+、B细胞,分别测定其对K_(562)瘤细胞的杀伤活性及各亚群细胞的协同作用。本实验结果表明,除NK细胞外,CD_4^+、CD_8^+、B细胞均能单独杀伤肿瘤细胞,各亚群的对比无显著差异。淋巴细胞中除某一亚群的混合细胞杀伤力大于该亚群本身,并提示T细胞系统在肿瘤免疫中的重要作用。
Main subsets in lymphoeytes, NK, CD_4^+, CD_8^+, and B cells were isolated by using monoclonal antibodies, then the killing activity of lymphoeytes subsets against k_(562)tumor cells was determined, H—TDR releasing test showed that except NK cells which had the killing activity, CD_4^+, CD_8^+, and B cells alsi had the killing activity against K_(562)cells. No singnificant difference in killing activity among subsets was found. The activity of mixed lymphocytes was more than that of only one subset. This experiment demonstrates that the important role of T cells system in tumor immunology.
