扩张型心肌病的超声心动图表现(附18例分析)

Echocardiography in Dilated Cardiomyopathy

本文对18例扩张型心肌病作了彩色多普勒超声心动图检查分析,结果显示其特征性改变为:心腔显著扩大,心室收缩力普遍降低,并常并发瓣膜返流。同时,提示病程早期阶段以左室扩大为主,进入晚期则呈现双侧心腔扩大。另有少数单纯右室扩大者,属于独立的一种类型,典型代表为致心律失常源性右室发育不良。

Eighteen patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) has been examined by two—dimensional color Doppler echocardiography. The results shows that the characteristic changes of the echocardiography in DCM were noticeable dilation of cardiac chambers, generalized decrease of ventricular contractibility and frequent occurring of valvular regurgitation as a complication. It also shows that dilation chiefly involving left ventricle was obcerved at the early stage of DCM while bilateral ventricular dilation was at the advanced stage. There were a few cases with dilation of the right ventricle only. These belong to an independent pattern and a resprcsentative of them is arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia.
