摘要
Dynamic alliances are one type of production modes to realize agile manufacturing. Technology support for the dynamic alliance selection process is an important task in agile manufacturing. This paper analyzes the general dynamic alliance principle, suggests a network method for selecting partners, and analyzes the evaluation factors for partners selection in the process of setting up a manufacturing alliance. The results show that these factors can be divided into two levels: macro- and micro-characteristics. The decision-making process by each member has five main technical activities, which form the technology support system for the manufacturing alliance bid.
