摘要
本院于1978～1987年收治新生儿外科病儿455例中,死亡50例(病死率为10.98%),其死亡原因分析如下。
Four handsed and fifty five patients who need to have a treatment of neonatal surgery were admitted to our degastment from 1978 to 1987. fifty of them died. The overed mortality was 10.98% High mortality was found in neonatal cases with gaotrointestinal ferforation, peritonitis, NNEC and serve congenital anomalieo. This paper briefly discussed: Infection, delay in diagnosis and misdiagnous, serve mulfiple congenital anomalies, intisfinas atresia and gastroinestinal perforation, undue proceduse and NICU.
