摘要 利用Xm50中空纤维作为免疫隔离材料。把人垂体瘤组织包裹于纤维中,移植于WKY大鼠皮下。结果,8周后大部分腔内瘤组织仍成活,提示Xm50有良好的免疫隔离效用。 Human pituitary adenoma cells encapsulated in XM50 hollow fiber, which was used as immuno—isolating material were transplanted to WKY rats subcutaneously and many adenoma cells were still alive 8 weeks postimplantation. The results suggests that XM50 has better immuno—isolating function.
