摘要
讨论利用ZnO代替TiO2 作为光阳极制作染料敏化薄膜太阳电池的可行性 .使用LSV法 ,IR光谱和UV_vis光谱探讨了电池的工作机理和性能 ,并与染料敏化纳米TiO2 薄膜太阳电池作了比较 .
This paper discusses the possibility of using nanocrystalline ZnO films as photo-electrode in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The performances and mechanism of DSCs based on ZnO nanoporous film are observed by using IR, UV-vis spectra and LSV method, and compared with dye-sensitized solar cells based on nanocrystalline TiO2 films' It is found that the low efficiency of DSCs based on ZnO is due to the poor binding force between the surface of nanocrystalline ZnO films and the RuL2 (NCS)(2) ( L = 2,2'-bipydyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate) dye.
