动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折54例分析

Surgical treatment of trochenteric fractures using the dynamic hip screws:Analysis of 54 cases

目的 探讨动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法 对 5 4例股骨转子间骨折采取动力髋螺钉内固定 ,并进行疗效评价。结果 全部病例得到随访 ,平均随访时间 2 8年 ,骨折愈合率 10 0 % ,关节功能优良率 92 6 0 (5 0 /5 4 )。结论 动力髋螺钉是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the use of the dynamic hip screws as the choice of implant for trochenteric fractures.Methods Fifty-four cases of trochenteric fractures were fixed with dynamic hip screws.Results All patients were followed-up for a period of mean 2.8 years.All fractures were healed completely,50/54 achieved excellent or good results on joint functions.Conclusion The use of dynamic hip screws is a ideal choice of implant for trochenteric fractures.
