前列腺素E_1合用葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical effect of prostaglandin E_1 and puerarin in treating patients with angina of coronary heart disease

目的 观察前列腺素E1合用葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 5 5例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组均常规口服阿司匹林和消心痛 ,治疗组采用葛根素注射液及前列腺素E1静脉点滴 ;对照组采用极化液静脉点滴。观察心绞痛发作、心电图变化、硝酸甘油用量、药物不良反应。结果 心绞痛及心电图疗效 :治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;每日硝酸甘油用量 :治疗组少于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。不良反应 :少数患者静滴前列腺素E1过程中出现局部静脉刺激症状 ,但仅 1例因此停药。结论 前列腺素E1合用葛根素 ,作用于冠心病心绞痛最基本的病理生理环节 ,临床疗效令人满意。

Objective To assess the effect of the prostaglandin E 1 and puerarin in treating the patients with angina of coronary heart disease.Method Fifty-five patients with angina of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with prostaglandin E 1 and puerarin,the other group received GIK routine therapy.Outbreak of angina,change of electrocardiogram,dosage of glonoin and adverse effect of the drug was also observed.Results Curative effect of angina and electrocardiogram:treatment group was superior compared with control group(P<0.05).Dosage of glonoine every day:treatment group was low dose compared with control group (P<0.01).Adverse effect of the drug:fewness show vena stimulate symptom,but only one stop treatment after a week.Conclusions Curative effect was satisfaction in union prostaglandin E 1 and puerarin.
