参麦注射液治疗肺心病31例临床观察

Clinical observation of shenmai in treatment of pulmonary heart disease in 31 cases

目的 观察参麦注射液治疗肺心病的临床疗效。方法 将 6 2例肺心病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 31例 ,2组常规综合治疗相同 ,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用参麦注射液 ,治疗前后分别进行血液流变学检查并观察临床疗效 ,结果治疗组在降低血黏度及改善心功能方面明显优于对照组。结论 参麦治疗肺心病能明显提高临床疗效 ,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the effect of shenmai injection in treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into normal control group and treatment group.One of group 31.Complex therapy was used in both normal control group and treatment group routinely,while dialy shenmai injection was added in treatment group.Blood rheology was measured before and after therapy.Results Treatment group was better than normal control group significantly in both blood visosity and improved heart funtion.Conclusions Shenmai can improve clinical treatment effect of pulmonary heart disease and shenmai treatmeat is effective.
