摘要
本文采用种子乳液聚合技术,合成了一种新型的硬质PVC冲击改性剂CS—ACR-Ⅱ。借助于透射电子显微镜和动态粘弹谱仪,观察了CS—ACR-Ⅱ乳胶粒的形态结构。研究了CS—ACR-Ⅱ的添加量及其合成参数对硬质PVC冲击性能的影响。并把此改性剂与国内外同类产品进行了性能比较,结果表明,用A—11作为交联剂制备的CS—ACR-Ⅱ,其对R—PVC的改性效果已超过国产的ACR—AL-Ⅱ,并接近美国的KM—323B。
A new acrylic impact modifier (CS—ACR-Ⅱ) for R—PVC was synthesized by seedemulsion polymerization technique. The morphology of the latex particle of CS—ACR-Ⅱ was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) and Viscoelasticometer. The effects of added amount of CS—ACR-Ⅱ and its synthetic parameter on R—PVC impact strength were studied. Compared with the properties of intcrnal and external similar products, the performances of CS—ACR-Ⅱ exceeded that of domestic ACR—AL—Ⅱ and were close to that of American KM—323B when A—11 was employed as Crosslinking agent of CS—ACR-Ⅱ.
