A New Measuring Method for the Property of Oxygen—enriching Membrane

本文建立了一种富氧膜富氧性能测试新方法——恒压空气容量分析法——本法可同时测定富氧空气流量、氧气含量、氧气及氮气透过率、氧氮分离系数等参数。它为膜材料的设计、工艺参数的选择提供了一种方便快速的研究手段。

A new measuring method ,constant—pressure air volumetric analysis,for the oxygen—enriching properW of oxygen—enriching membrane is described in this paper. The flux and oxygen concentration of the oxygen—enriched air ,the permeability of oxygen and nitrogen ,as well as the separation factor of oxygen/nitrogen could be measured by the method at the same time. The method is also available for the design of membranes and the choice of technological parameters for the production of oxygen—enriched air.
