A survey of the newest progress of the synthetic technolosy,fabrication technique, property modification of resins ,analysis and test,plastics aids and new product development in synthetic resins and plastics industry was made based on the papers about the plastics of China in 1991.7-1992. 6. The development level and the focal point in plastics industry,as well as the importance of plastics industry in national economy were also described in this paper.
