HPVC扭结膜吹塑性研究

摘要 对HPVC扭结膜吹塑过程进行了研究,推导了膜泡在冷却线处纵、横方向的应力σ_(11t)和σ_(22t)与加工条件的关系式,在无需求出膜厚的条件下,由压折辊处的牵引张力、牵伸比、吹胀比、材料密度、冷却线高度、膜泡内外气压差求出σ_(11t)和σ_(22t)。理论与在各种吹胀比和牵伸比下得到的薄膜性能对比性较好。 Studies of the blow moulding of HPVC torsion film were made, the relationship between the two stretch stresses σ_(11(?)) and σ_(22(?)) of film bubble in across direction near frost line and processing condition was predicted, σ_(11(?)) and σ_(22(?)) could be calculated from stretching force, stretch (?)atio, blowing ratio at the folding press roll, the density, the height of the frost line and the pressure difference of the inner and outer of the film bubble, without the determination of the film thickness. The theory pretty tallied with th film properties by different blowing ratio and stretch ratio.
