新型增韧环氧树脂形态结构和性能关系的研究

摘要 本文介绍用透射电子显微镜、动态力学试验等方法研究以端羧基聚醚为增韧剂的环氧树脂固化物形态结构与性能的关系。结果表明,聚醚的类型、分子量、添加量以及固化剂用量对聚醚增韧环氧树脂的形态结构有很大的影响,各级结构因素通过分散相形态结构而影响力学性能。文中对一些实验事实还用微凝胶理论作了探讨和解释。 The morpholgy—mechanical Property relationship of the toughened epoxy resin, toughened by carboxyl—terminated copolyether, was investigated by means of TEM and dynamic mechanical test. The results showed the type, molecular weight and content of ployethter, as well as the content of curing agent, had great effects on the morphology of the toughened epoxy resin; different morphology factors, in form of disperse phase, had effects on the mechanical properties of the resin.
