The Thermal Behavior of PC/PA1010 Blend

摘要 利用热失重(TG)、微分热失重(DTG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)/尼龙1010(PA1010)共混物的热行为和热降解过程。结果表明:共混物在600℃以下分两步降解,降解温度随尼龙1010用量增加有下降趋势;共混物的熔点随尼龙1010用量增加而升高。 The thermal behavior and thermal degration course of PC/PA1010 blend were studied by means of thermogravimety, derivative thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed the degration of the blend could be divided into two steps when the temperatuire was under 600℃, and the degration temperature decreased with the increase of nylon 1010 content; the melting point of the blend increased with the increase of nylon 1010 conternt.
