以需求为导向的全科医师师资培训方法探索——模块教学的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨规范、有效、可行、实用的全科医师师资培训的内容与方法。方法 采用实地考察、专业人员研讨会、文献法等多种方法相结合的研究方法。结果 全科医师师资应具备医生和教师的双重条件 ,并积极提供相应的培训课程 ;当前及今后一段时期我国师资团队仍将由高校理论师资、专科医生和全科医生 3类人员组成 ;全科医师师资培训内容应以需求为导向、自下而上地确定 ,总体涵盖“一理论四技能” ,但可依据师资类别选用 ;模块教学使培训更具针对性和灵活性 ,便于培训的组织与实施。结论 模块教学是适应我国当前全科医师师资培训现状的、具有较大实用价值的培训策略和方法。 Objective To explore a standard,effective,applicable,and practical GP trainers′ training content and method.Methods There were three kinds of research methods used in this paper which are windshield survey,key informants interview,and descriptive review.Results GP trainers should have both the identifications of teacher and doctor,and be active in providing teaching course.The trainers′ faculty consists of three types of persons who are trainer of theory,clinical supervisor,and trainer of community practice.Generally speaking,the training content of GP trainers should be oriented by needs,determined from high to low.In all,theory plus four types of skills form the core training content,however,the content may be selected according to the types of trainers.Modules teaching has characteristics of more pertinency,more flexible,and easy to be implemented.Conclusion Modules teaching is an effective training strategy and method which is suitable for the modern GP trainers′ training at the stage in our country and has higher applicable value.
