代谢综合征患者的社区饮食和运动干预策略分析

The Strategic Analysis of Diet and Exercise Intervention on Patients with Metabolic Syndrome in Community

目的 探讨代谢综合征患者的社区饮食和运动干预策略。方法 对上海某社区 6 6位代谢综合征患者实施 3个月的干预 ,指导患者采用食品交换法控制饮食和中等强度有氧运动 ,同时将 6 6例患者作为对照。结果 患者干预后每日摄入总热量显著减少 ,谷物类、肉类和油脂类食物的达标指数接近标准 ,运动量显著增加。结论 社区饮食和运动干预改变了代谢综合征患者的饮食和运动行为 ,表明本干预策略是可行的。

Objective To clarigy the effects of diet and exercise intervention strategy on patients with metabolic syndrome in community.Methods 66 patients with metabolic syndrome in one of communities in Shanghai participated in 3-months intervention which were instructed to control diet with food-exchange methods and take moderate intensity of aerobic exercise.And another 66 patients were selected as control.Results Total calorie per day of intervened group decreased,the standard index of the grains,meats and foods abundant in lipid approached the standards and total scores of aerobic exercise increased significantly after 3-months intervention.Conclusion The diet and exercise intervention can improve the dietary and athletic behavior of patients with metabolic syndrome in community,which suggest that the intervention strategy is feasible.
