提高职教教师培训绩效的新思路 被引量:5

摘要 教师培训一直是职业教育关注和研究的热点问题。大家都从培训的内容、形式、途径、模式、制度上去寻找解决的方案来提高教师的工作效率与成就。本文思考与研究超越培训本身,从绩效技术的视角重新对培训进行审视与反思,寻求从培训向绩效技术的转变,以期提高职教教师培训的绩效与效率。
