本文以AT&TWireless的数据仓库建设经验为例,阐述了在电信企业建立数据仓库的分步实施战略和发展历程,并在文章结尾列举了在数据仓库建设过程中必须要考虑的4个关键问题,为国内电信企业实施数据仓库项目提供了借鉴经验。
