成都地区1677名军队离退休干部冠心病及相关危险因素控制现状调查

Control of coronary heart disease and correlative risk factors in 1 677 retired cadres from army in Chengdu area

目的:摸清成都地区军队离退休干部冠心病患病率及相关危险因素控制现状,为制定冠心病及其相关危险因素防治对策提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查、查阅健康档案和体格检查相结合的方法,对定居成都地区的60岁以上军队离退休干部进行群体调查。结果:成都地区军队离退休干部冠心病总患病率为51.16%,80岁以上人群患病率为70.3%。冠心病患者的收缩压、脉压、空腹血糖、体质量指数、腰围、尿酸检测结果显著高于无冠心病患者(t=3.3043～7.4089,P<0.05～0.01)。其余指标与无冠心病老人的比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。冠心病患者生活质量(生活质量评分29.76±2.15)显著低于无冠心病患者(生活质量评分30.44±1.81)(t=7.0183,P<0.05)。结论:成都地区军队离退休干部冠心病患病率较高,冠心病相关危险因素中的收缩压、脉压、血糖、尿酸、体质量指数、腰围控制仍不理想,而血总胆固醇和三酰甘油控制较好。

AIM: To find out the coronary heart disease(CAD) morbidity rate and the control status of correlative risk factors among retired cadres in Chengdu area, and provide scientific evidences for the prevention of CAD and correlative risk factors. METHODS:Colony investigation among 60 retired cadres was performed with the method of a combination of questionnaires,previous health archives investigation and physical examination. RESULTS:The total morbidity rate of retired cadres in Chengdu area was 51.16%,and 70.33%among those above eighty years old.Results of systolic pressure,pulse pressure,fasting blood sugar,body mass index,waistline,uric acid in CAD patients were all significantly higher than those of non CAD patients(t=3.304 3-7.408 9,P< 0.05-0.01).Other indexes had no significant differences compared with non-CAD elderly(P >0.05).The score on quality of life (QOL) of CAD patients(29.76±2.15) was significantly lower than that of non CAD patients (30.44±1.81) (t=7.018 3, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:There is a high morbidity rate of CAD in retired cadres from army in Chengdu area.CAD correlative risk factors such as systolic pressure, pulse pressure,blood sugar, uric acid,body mass index,waistline were not ideal,while the control of blood total cholesterol and triacylglycerol were better.
