高压氧对糖尿病患者周围神经传导速度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧治疗对糖尿病并发周围神经病患者周围神经传导速度(nerveconductionvelocity,NCV)的影响,并将运动神经和感觉神经的结果予以分析比较。方法:糖尿病患者69例随机分为两组,对照组31例采用糖尿病饮食、降血糖、能量合剂、促代谢药物等治疗,治疗组38例在上述治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗。采用多人高压氧舱,在舱内停留100min,压力0.20MPa,戴面罩吸入纯氧60min,中间休息10min,1次/d,10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程,疗程间隔2~4d。分别于治疗前、治疗2个月后测定正中神经、尺神经、胫神经的NCV并进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗前后正中神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)分别为(40.9±5.6)m/s,(43.9±4.7)m/s,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)分别为(41.2±4.9)m/s,(43.4±5.2)m/s,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),尺神经MNCV分别为(42.3±4.1)m/s,(45.5±7.4)m/s,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),SNCV分别为(40.6±5.3)m/s,(42.2±4.7)m/s,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),胫神经MNCV分别为(41.9±7.8)m/s,(43.5±5.1)m/s,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),SNCV分别为(39.7±5.4)m/s,(41.9±4.8)m/s,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗后仅正中神经的MNCV、尺神经的MNCV显著加快; AIM:To probe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on peripheral nerve conduction velocity(NCV) in diabetics,and compare and analyze the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV). METHODS:Sixty-nine diabetics were divided into 2 groups randomly.Control group included 31 patients and treatment group included 38 patients.Diabetic diet, energy binding agents,agents promoting metabolism,etc.were used in the control group.HBO combined with the above treatments was used in the treatment group.Patients stayed in 0.20 MPa HBO chamber for 100 minutes,wearing masks and inhaling pure oxygen for 60 minutes, with 10-minute interval,once a day and 10 times as a course,altogether 3 courses for each patient.Before and 2 months after treatment,MNCV and SNCV of median,ulnar, tibial nerve were measured and compared. RESULTS:In the treatment group the MNCV and SNCV of the median,ulnar and tibial nerves were increased significantly from (40.9±5.6)m/s,(42.3±4.1) m/s,(41.9±7.8) m/s before treatment to (43.9±4.7) m/s,(45.5±7.4) m/s,(43.5±5.1) m/s respectively after treatment,and from (41.2±4.9) m/s,(40.6±5.3) m/s,(39.7±5.4)m/s before treatment to (43.4±5.2) m/s,(42.2±4.7) m/s,(41.9±4.8) m/s after treatment respectively (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05),while in the control group only the MNCV of the median and ulnar nerves were increased significantly(P< 0.05).Significant difference was found between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05),but no between the two groups before treatment. CONCLUSION:HBO is very effective in improving the NCV of diabetics.
