摘要
目的:探索引导式教育(conductiveeducation,CE,又称Pet法)结合中国传统按摩法对婴幼儿脑性瘫痪提高其康复疗效的作用。方法:随机对119例3~14岁儿童脑性瘫痪患儿中的61例应用引导式教育加中国传统按摩法联合治疗,58例单用引导式教育治疗,将随访1年时的结果进行比较研究。结果:单用引导式教育组的有效率67%,联合治疗组的有效率为85%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。但在发育商/智商上两组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:引导式教育和中国传统按摩法结合治疗小儿脑性瘫痪儿童的康复疗效,较单用引导式教育的疗效显著,但对小儿脑性瘫痪儿童的发育商/智商发育无显著效果。
AIM:To study the effect of conductive education,which is also called Petmethod's combined with the Chinese medical massage in ameliorating the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy(CP). METHODS:Totally 119 children with CP,aged 3 to14 years old,were involved in the study,58 CP children were trained only with conductive education,while the other 61 cases were treated with conductive education combined with the Chinese medical massage,and the results after 1-year follow-up were compared and studied. RESULTS:There were significant differences in the effective rate between the simple conductive education group(67%) and comprehensive treatment group(85%)(P< 0.05).No significant difference in the ratio of development quotient(DQ) to intelligence quotient(IQ) was observed between the two groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:The conductive education combined with Chinese medical massage can improve the effect of rehabilitation of children with CP more significantly than simple conductive education,but it has insignificant effect on DO/IQ of CP children.
