摘要
采用了ANSYS软件对机床模态特性进行了有限元分析。在有限元模型中引入了用户自定义单元来模拟结合面的刚度。重点分析了机床固定立柱和底座结合面的刚度对机床模态的影响, 为机床的下一步设计提供了参考。
The modal analysis of a machine tool was done by means of software ANSYS.The user defining element was introduced into the finite element model.The influence of the stiffness of the contact face between the standing columniation and the base on the modal of the machine tool was analyzed.
